Collingwood is located 104 kilimetres (65 miles) north of Toronto's Pearson International Airport, a short 75 minute drive or 15 minute flight by jet from Collingwood Airport. Collingwood's airport boasts a 5,000 foot jet capable paved runway. Two major highways run through Collingwood. County Road #124 and Highway 26 are both connecting links to Highways 400, 401 and 427. Tractor Trailer Services are available. Taxi service is available and a shuttle service links Collingwood with nearby Blue Mountain/Intrawest Village. The BCRY Railway services local industry between Barrie and Collingwood. The Port of Collingwood - a 609.6m channel, links Collingwood to the Great Lakes.
