Collingwood Utility Services - Collus - is a community owned utility that provides reliable electricity and water services to its customers.

One of our most valuable resources is water. Collingwood Utility Services provides us with an unlimited supply of ultra pure membrane filtered water. The Raymond A. Barker Ultra-Filtration Plant is a State of the Art facility that supplies water to the Town of Collingwood as well as surrounding Municipalities.

Transportation
Collingwood is located 104 kilimetres (65 miles) north of Toronto's Pearson International Airport, a short 75 minute drive or 15 minute flight by jet from Collingwood Airport. Collingwood's airport boasts a 5,000 foot jet capable paved runway. Two major highways run through Collingwood. County Road #124 and Highway 26 are both connecting links to Highways 400, 401 and 427. Taxi service is available and shuttle service links Collingwood with nearby Blue Mountain/Intrawest Village. The BCRY Railway services local industry between Barrie and Collingwood.
