Objectives Of Study

The major objectives of the study are to:

1. conduct personal interviews with senior staff and practitioners within of the Medical/Health Sector

2. develop a data base profile of practitioners in the community

3. gain an understanding of the Medical/Health sector’s view of the local economy

4. determine business plans for the future (expansion/relocation) and set up an early warning system for local action

5. improve the communications bridge between local government and the Medical/Health community

6. identify specific concerns and problems of the local Medical/Health sector and provide realistic timely and effective solutions to those problems
