COMMUNITY QUESTIONS
The Collingwood knowledge base executives interviewed believe the most positive factors dealing with recruiting staff include Collingwood’s quality of life, community resources of the local hospital and separate/public and private schools.
The factors considered to have the most negative impact are climbing housing costs, limited local social amenities and limited cultural opportunities for adults.
Of the 50% who responded to this survey, support from the municipality is rated as:
• “excellent” by 13%
• “good” by 38%
• “fair” by 19%
• “poor” by 31%
